Wild Swim Wales will be running a variety of sessions aimed at promoting positive mental & physical health & well-being. Their well-being sessions are a great way to switch off, chill out, wind down, reset, reconnect and take a little time to just breath.
We will include a variety of mindful activities including a swim, dip or paddle with the emphasis being on enjoyment, inclusion, and personal achievement on whatever level individuals can manage. We encourage everyone to join in but celebrate everyone’s level of participation. No part of our sessions are compulsory.
They are Visit Wales accredited and have an excellent team with a wide range of relevant training, qualifications, experience and skills.
