The Big Retreat is a feel-good festival held every May bank holiday weekend on the Cleddau Estuary in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

Part retreat, part festival — and quite unlike either — it's four days of everything that makes you feel good. And only you get to decide what that is.

There are 300+ experiences to explore, and how you fill your days is entirely up to you. Some people do it all. Some do hardly anything. Both are doing it right.

Is it for me

The Big Retreat is for anyone who wants a weekend that leaves them feeling better than they arrived — however they get there.

You don't need to be fit, flexible, spiritual or a festival veteran. You just need to be open to finding your own feel good.

For the good-timers - If your idea of feeling good is great food, a gin and tonic, live bands, comedy and dancing with your mates until late — you're our people.
