A lifelong athlete, Jos finds confidence in fitness and running that no one can take away. She believes exercise should be accessible for everyone and has built her career around coaching others to find the confidence to pursue their own goals and cherish their unique bodies—wherever they are on their fitness journey. 


A powerhouse and a self-proclaimed recovery fiend, she takes a holistic approach to training that nurtures the whole self, because her focus is firmly on the long game. Her warmth, expertise and mantra of “let’s just see” will inspire you to prove to yourself that you can do anything you set your mind to, as long as you’re willing to give it a go.

Get ready to seize the day with an energizing 30 minute Morning Warm Up and Mobility class with Peloton Instructor Joslyn Thompson Rule.


This class is designed to wake up your muscles and joints and help you move with more freedom. Gentle stretches and mobility exercises will loosen up stiff joints, focusing on improving joint health, flexibility, and range of motion. Controlled, dynamic movements build awareness and stability, setting you up for the day ahead feeling strong, focused, and ready. 


Bodyweight Strength with Joslyn Thompson Rule (Main Stage - Sunday 24th @ 10AM)


Join Peloton Instructor Joslyn Thompson Rule for a 30 minute Bodyweight Strength class at the fitness studio. No equipment? No Problem! Join this workout that uses a series of dynamic, functional exercises to build muscular strength and stability.
